Mixed Pasta Receipe ♥ (Requested)

M I X E D   P A S T A   R E C IP E 


I N G R E D I E N T S:
  1. Barilla Campanelle Pasta  OR  San Giorgio Simply Perfect Pasta Rotelle
  2. Water
  3. Salt
  4. Grounded meat
  5. Ragu Chunky Pasta Sauce
  6. Cheddar Cheese
  7. Green Chilli
You can choose either one one of the pasta boxes above, both are great. All of these ingredients can be  purchased at your local supermarkets, Key Food, Whole Grains stores.

T H E  P R O C E  S S 
  • Boil the water rapidly
For 1/4 Box of Pasta, add 2 quarters of water and 1 tsp of salt
For `1/2 Box of Pasta, add 3 quarters of water, and 2 tsp of salt
For the full box add 5 quarters of water and 1 Tbsp of salt.
  • To add flavor, and reduce stickiness, add salt.
  • Add the Pasta from the box in and stir it well, return to rapid boil,
  • Cook the Pasta while it is uncovered, stirring it occasionally.
You should set it for atleast 10-15 minutes so it becomes firm and tender. Taste it in between to see if it is cooked well! 
  • Drain all of the excess water before mixing anything else.

Add the grounded chicken or meat if desired. The meat has to be cooked SEPARATE from the pasta. Once cooked, mix with the pasta sauce(Ragu) I usually prefer Chunky with onion, garlic, and tomatoes.. Afterwards, you put it in the pasta and mix it as desired.

Once everything is mixed, you can add extra cheese in it, which automatically melts in the pasta. Mix it well though. You can add green chilli if desired for scent and a little spiciness. 
  • Serve as desired!
Tip: To save pasta for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil or sauce, and refrigerate. I prefer using Pasta sauce. Hope this helped! If you do decide to follow this recipe, let me know how it goes :)
